Can you answer Lotus’s question about Conferencing?:
Time Warner is making new customers “pay-as-you-go” for their internet service in Beaumont, Texas in order to stop 5% of their users from hogging half their network. Customers topping out at 5GB will now pay $29.95/mo while $54.90/mo caps at 40GB,15mbps.

I’m a Time Warner customer who works from home every other week, and I conduct on average 2 webinars (1 hour each) a day. Under their new pricing plan, would I exceed their 40GB maximum?

Conferencing Feedback: So this is actually going to happen? This is ridiculous.
Conferencing Feedback: Well, although it’s horrible of Time Warner to even try this on their customers, why not just get a different service? There’s more than time warner internet out there.
a) cable internet?
b) web tv?
c) a local provider?
d) dsl?
ps… spending anywhere from $20-50 a month for highspeed is normal.. but it should ALWAYS be unlimited… its simple, dont ever use time warner ever again for anything
