How do you record a webinar?

Can you answer hhunter’s question about Conferencing?:

I have to attend monthly webinars and would like to record them for future studying, what is the best way to do that?

    RHUB’s 4-in-1 on-premise appliance includes webinars, web conferencing, remote access to any computer, and remote support. One of the features is the record button that saves the session right onto your desktop. Another is the use of a white board, you can even select what you want on your screen to be recorded as opposed to your entire desktop, which I think is really neat.
