Another one you might want to check out is RHUB. I use it at work, and it's got webinar, web conferencing, remote access, and remote support all in one application. You can check them out at www.rhubcom.com if you're interested in taking a look.

Now a days audio and visual plays vital role is our
everyday life as it makes our life easy. We have to
travel less for the meetings as meeting can be done
now from your office even if the other members are
from another countries.

You should consider taking a look at RHUB's Turbomeeting. It's a 4-in-1 Web Conferencing appliance that includes remote support, remote access, and unlimited webinars. There are no monthly fees since you own it.

I've used RHUB before and thought it was great. I don't own their appliance but I was an attendee in a meeting that used it. There were no problems that I experienced. It was fast and seemed reliable. They even have a no download option for attendees so anyone with a browser and internet connection can join the meeting. I thought that was super handy and neat. Just type in the web addy and your in, but I think if you join that way it's view-only and not interactive.

RHUB's 4-in-1 on-premise appliance includes webinars, web conferencing, remote access to any computer, and remote support. One of the features is the record button that saves the session right onto your desktop. Another is the use of a white board, you can even select what you want on your screen to be recorded as opposed to your entire desktop, which I think is really neat.

RHUB offers an alternative to hosted web conferencing solutions. Their 4-in-1 appliance approach allows you to own and control it so no monthly fees. It's great for medium/large companies or anyone that uses conferencing often. The appliance includes webinars, conferencing, remote access, and remote support. Take a look http://www.rhubcom.com

Check out Voxwire (voxwire.com). It's cheaper and better than anything else out there (including MegaMeeting, sorry Dan!) You can record your meetings, use whiteboard, desktop share, and all the rest. Best features, cheapest platform. Also it's browser-based so there are no compatibility problems. And they have a free trial!

Good luck!
