What hardware do I need for audio conferencing?

Answered By Editor

There are quite a few equipments that you need to buy or rent from your service provider in order to start an audio conference. Here are the basic equipments you need:

* 1 unit of 500-port audio conferencing bridges hardware and software.
* 2 workstations for configurations and control of the audio bridge.
* A Phone line or an internet connection.

There are also accessories that you would want to have in order to improve your audio conferencing such as:

* Extension microphones
* Phone interface module
* Digital to analog adaptors
* Subwoofer
* Security kit
* Headsets
